I completed my studies at the Faculty of Natural Sciences of the University of Pécs, majoring in biology and the environment, and graduated in 2010. I started my academic work as a student in 2007, under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Ferenc Jakab, then as a continuation of the topic, during my doctoral studies, I investigated the infection dynamics of hantaviruses and obtained my doctorate in 2022. During the time I spent in the Virology Research Group, I had the opportunity to expand my research activities and interests. The main focus of my postdoctoral research is clinical virology, "in vitro" studies with antiviral agents, as well as the design and implementation of "in vivo" animal experiments in this direction. In addition, I am also constantly expanding the experiences I have already acquired during virus-host interactions and cell culture studies.
