I graduated from the University of Pécs Faculty of Medicine in 2015 with a Master's degree in Medical Biotechnology. In 2023, I completed my PhD in virology. My journey with the Virology laboratory began in 2014 as a master's student, and I continued my research as a doctoral student after earning my master's degree. My primary focus has always been molecular biological and in vitro studies of human pathogenic and mosquito-specific viruses carried by mosquitoes. Currently, as a postdoctoral fellow, I'm dedicated to establishing a domestic passive surveillance system for the West Nile virus, aligning with the One Health concept and involving alternative sampling sources.
