I completed my academic journey at the Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Bioengineering, Budapest University of Technology and Economics, earning a Master's degree in biochemical engineering in 2013. Following graduation, I ventured into the industrial sector, dedicating my efforts to the advancement of fermentation technologies.

In 2015, my path led me back to the realm of basic research when I became part of the Enzymology Institute at the Natural Science Research Center. Here, my work revolved around neural differentiation of human pluripotent stem cells and utilizing stem cell-based models for in vitro disease studies. This research culminated in my doctoral degree from the Doctoral School of Biology at Eötvös Loránd University in 2021.

In 2022, I joined the National Laboratory of Virology, where my primary focus centers on studying virus-host cell interactions in vitro and delving into the pathomechanisms of viral infections.
